History of Pulls 2007

 

These are the pulls we conducted in 2007:  

1.   Sat.  Apr. 21, 2007  (Fun Day)  Corrigan Farms at Kolbs Corner (DePere) (Clay)

(Successfully completed - no scale - everyone just hooked for fun)

2.   Sat.   May 19, 2007    11:00     Weyauwega SuperPull (Waupaca Co. Fairgrounds) (Clay)

(Successfully completed - 215 hooks; 145 in afternoon plus 70 in evening)

3.   Sat.   May 26, 2007    Noon   Kewaunee (Cedar Valley Campgrounds) (Clay)

(Successfully completed 97 hooks with the final semi trucks pulling in the rain.  The last few four wheel drive tractors couldn't be stopped in the smear of the clay track and received full pulls.  They had fun.)

4.   Sat.   June  2, 2007   11:00    Ogdensberg (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed exactly 250 hooks in 38 classes after the morning rain stopped.  A wide crack in the road ripped off one of the rubberized boards under the eliminator.  It was repaired on the spot.  A new type of oak board / rubber combination was installed before the next blacktop pull.  This was the most hooks in one day's pull so far this year.)

5.    Sat.   June 9, 2007                   Markesan (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 76 hooks on a sunny day.)

6.    Sat.   June 16, 2007   Noon    Denmark FFA (Clay)

(Successfully completed 120 hooks.  This was the first pull using our new Speed Board.)

7.    Sun.  June 17, 2007   Noon    Mackville Super Nationals (St. Edwards Parish) (Clay)

(Successfully completed 97 hooks from 4000# to 16500#.  The other eliminator handled about 50 hooks for garden tractors and light tractors.)

8.    Sat.   June 23, 2007   11:00     Symco (Clay)

(Successfully completed 183 hooks at the World Famous Union Thresheree pulling track.)

9.   Sat.  June 30, 2007                   Pound (Clay)

(Successfully completed 163 hooks consisting of 74 Tractors and 89 Trucks and Hot Trucks.)

10.  Sun.  July 1, 2006   11:00      Pickett  (Clay)

(Successfully completed 74 hooks on our eliminator.  The other eliminator did the heaviest classes.)

11.  Sat.  July 7, 2007     11:00     Weyauwega (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 151 hooks on downtown Main Street.)

12.  Sat.  July 14, 2007   10:00     Christ Luth. School West Bloomfield (Clay)

(Successfully completed 187 hooks on our eliminator.  Baum's Eliminator had about 30 hooks.  Total of 217 hooks in 40 classes including unlimited weight antique.)

13.  Sun.  July 15, 2007  11:00     Winneconne (Clay)

(Successfully completed 103 hooks from 3750# antique to 22000# four wheel drive tractors.)

14.  Sat.  July 21, 2007   11:00     Rosholt at Fairgrounds (Clay)

(Successfully completed 211 hooks from 3000# stock antique to an eight wheel drive 25,000# articulated tractor.)

15.  Sat.  July 28, 2007   11:00      Union Thresheree at Symco (Clay)

(Successfully completed 140 hooks on our eliminator.  The Union Thresheree eliminator hooked about 128 tractors.  There were about 268 different tractors that each only hooked once.  This was the most tractors at any one day antique tractor pull in Wisconsin this year.  On Friday night we hooked some steam engines for a unique spark show.)

16.   Fri.  Aug. 3, 2007   6:00pm    Corrigan Farms at Kolbs Corner (Trucks Only)

(Successfully completed 85 hooks from stock trucks to modified trucks.)

17.  Sat.  Aug. 4, 2007   3:00pm    Corrigan Farms at Kolbs Corner (DePere) (Clay)

(Successfully completed 122 hooks on our eliminator.  We took the lighter weight classes, paced classes, and Team classes.  Luedtke's yellow eliminator took the heavy, Hot Farm, and PI classes.  Total hooks was about 240.)

18.  Sun.  Aug. 5, 2007    11:00     Scandinavia Corn Roast in Scandinavia (Clay)

(Successfully completed 155 hooks on our eliminator from 3750# tractors to Hot Farm, 14500# Farm, and Team classes.  Rosholt's eliminator hooked about 140 hooks in the stock, paced classes.  Together the pull was 293 total hooks.  This was the largest number of hooks at a one day pull in which we participated.)

19.  Sat.   Aug. 11, 2007   11:00     Winnebago Co. Fair (Clay)

(Successfully completed 67 hooks of Antique Tractors.)

20.  Sat.   Aug. 11, 2007   6:00pm  Winnebago Co. Fair (Clay) (Farm Tractors)

(Successfully completed 81 hooks on our eliminator from 6500 Antique to through 12500# Farm Classes plus 9500 Special Class.  The other eliminator hooked about 80 farm tractors including Unlimited Four Wheel Drive for a total of approximately 161 hooks.)

21.  Sat.   Aug. 18, 2007   10:30     Alaska / Brussels (Clay)

(Successfully completed 89 hooks on a new track.  It rained as we loaded up.)

22.  Sat.  Aug. 18, 2007    6:00pm  Brown Co. Fair in DePere (Clay)

(Rained out.  We unloaded the scale and the pull was cancelled by the Fair Board due to rain.  This was the first time ever that weather conditions prevented us from having a pull.)

23.  Sun.  Aug. 19, 2007    Noon       Montello (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 69 hooks during a constant light rain.)

24.  Thu.  Aug. 23, 2007   7:30pm  Marinette Co. Fair - Wausaukee (Clay)

(Successfully completed 70 hooks after a rain delayed the start time.)

25.  Sat.  Aug. 25, 2007    11:00      Fremont (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 113 hooks on a perfect August day.)

26.  Sun.  Aug. 26, 2007    Noon    Juneau (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 45 hook on another nice August day.)

27.  Sat.  Sept. 1, 2007     11:00      Waupun (Clay)

(Successfully completed 55 hooks during the afternoon and 74 hooks at night.  Our eliminator had a total of 129 hooks of heavier tractors including 22 mph 12,500# Special and 13,500# Hot Farm tractors.  Hull's Eliminator had about 40 hooks and their Garden Tractor Eliminator had both afternoon and night shows.)

28.  Fri.   Sept. 7, 2007     6:00pm   Pickett (Clay)

(Successfully completed 49 hooks on our eliminator.  We took all the paced classes.  The other eliminator had almost as many unpaced tractors.)

29.  Sat.   Sept. 8, 2007    10:00       Berlin (Clay)

(Successfully completed 168 hooks of tractors and trucks.  The parking lot was wet and muddy, but the track was good.)

30.  Sun.   Sept. 9, 2007                     Eden (Campbellsport FFA Alumni) (Clay)

(Successfully completed exactly 100 hooks of tractors and trucks during this first time pull.)

31.  Sat.   Sept. 15, 2007   11:00     West Bloomfield Fire Dept. (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 193 hooks from 3200# stock antique tractors to 10,800# turbo farm tractors plus team pulls.)

32.  Sat.  Sept. 22, 2007                   Luxemburg (Clay)

(Successfully completed 183 hooks from 3000# stock antique tractors to 17,000# team pulls)

33.  Sat.  Sept. 29, 2007    11:00    Rosholt on Main Street (Blacktop)

(Successfully completed 211 hooks from 3000# stock antique tractors to 14,500# tractors plus a few trucks)

34.  Sat.  Oct. 20, 2007                     Borth (Hyler Septic Service - HSS - New Track) Trucks and Tractors (Clay)

(Successfully completed 133 hooks on a sticky track including stock, improved, and modified trucks plus stock, improved, and modified tractors)

(Successfully completed 33 pulls.  One pull (DePere) was rained out.)
